Scope
These terms govern enquiries, bookings and purchases made through expeditioncostablanca.com for tours, excursions, trips, private activities and any products offered by Expedition Costa Blanca.

Booking and contract
The service description, date, meeting point, duration, price, included items, requirements and availability shown during booking form part of the contract. A booking is confirmed only when the customer receives confirmation and, where applicable, payment has been accepted.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Available payment methods and any external booking or payment provider will be displayed before confirmation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, follow safety instructions, disclose relevant health or mobility limitations and use suitable clothing and equipment. Participation may be refused where safety requirements are not met.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The cancellation and refund conditions specific to each activity will be communicated before booking and will prevail for that service. Outdoor activities may be changed or cancelled for safety, weather, access restrictions or force majeure; where this occurs, an alternative date, equivalent service or refund will be offered as applicable.
Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to leisure services scheduled for a specific date or period. Where it does apply to physical products or other eligible purchases, the customer will receive the legally required information before purchase.
Liability
Activities are conducted with appropriate professional and safety measures. Customers remain responsible for complying with instructions and for personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions or complaints may be sent to expeditioncostablanca@gmail.com. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections and competent courts applicable to consumers.
